CONFERENCE REACHES UNANIMOUS DECISION. Sydney, March 17. The Sugar Conference has reached a unanimous decision, which has not been Ftated.-hut which is interpreted to mean that an increase of a penny per iiound for raw sugar will come into effect.— Press Assn. AN INCREASE AGREED TO. (Rcc. March 17, 10.20 p.m.) Melbourne, March 17. Mr. Hughes announces that a three year?' agreement has been reached covering the sugar industry. The price has increased to .£3O 6?. 8d; per ton. The Council will meet in February of «ich year to review the price, and prant increase* if necessary. There will be no increase in wages this season.—Press Assn. .
