I OUTPUT INCREASING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, March 17. The coal position is improving. Mr. William Reese, who lias returned from' ; the West Coast, says the output is incrensinc. and the men are working welL "The Welsh miners arc now at work, said Mr. Reese, "and after getting used to the different • conditions will settle down without trouble.
