"BRAIN INFLUENZA" RAVAGING VIENNA. (Rec. March 9, 5.5 p.m.) Vienna, March 4. A new and terrible epidemic called bTi)in influenza, declared to be similar to lethargic encephalitis, is.ravaging the, citv.. Thero are 300 cases in- Vienna alone. The disease is spreading alarmingly along tho countryside.
