By Telocmph—Press Apsodation. Christchurch,-February 27. A prosecution under the Dentists Act, 1908, was lienrd in the Magistrate's Court to-day, when Ernest. A. Ozanne was arraigned on a charge that being an unregistered person he had carried on business as a dentist. The information was laid by the secretary of the Christchurch branch of the New Zealand Dental Association. , The Magistrate convicted Ozanno and inflicted a fine of 40s.
