Waihi, February 25. A small boat in which Joe Gallagher, a Native,-was the sole occupant, capsized in the rollers on the bar at the entrance to the harbour on Sunday last. Gallagher had been fishing outside, and was returning with a boatload of- fish. when his boat was upset.
