MINISTERIAL STATEMENT .REGARD- . ING THE DOMINIONS. | London, February 18. The House of Commons lias read a • 6econd time tho Silver Coinage Bill. Mr. Austen Chamberlain pointed out that tho Bill only affected the coinages of the United Kingdom wherever it was current. He announced hi 9 intention of moving an amendment making it clear' ' that in the case of dominions which wero affected this coinage would not be made legal tender, except with the consont-of the local Government.—Reuter.
