Booking'is very heavy for each of the revivals. - $s a rule one does not look for anything more than mirth and melody in musical comedy, but there is much more than that in the rollicking composition which has its genesis in John Montgomery's clever nlay, "The Aviator. Wood, will take place to-night. Mr. Wood has very distinct claims for public support this evening. During the past six years Mr. Wood« services have been invariably called upon for all the innumerable charitable and patriotic functions held in Wellington. His services have nlwnys been cheerfully given, and by. his own efforts Mr.- Wood must havo raised a considerable sum tor the various funds. Mr. Wood is now leaving to reside in Australia, and \M* friends have organised a biff complimwi' lary concert, which takes place this evening. Tho programme arranged is the most ambitious submitted in Wellington for a very long time, and should appeal to all. Mr. Charles Smythe, Miss Batho Stuart, and Miss Helen Gard'ner alone are a trio who should prove a draw anywhere.
