Let the Wellington City Council build an' up-to-date modern grandstand, say, to hold 1000 persons, complete with dressing, ante, refreshment, committee, bath rooms, with all conveniences, I have known the Dasin Reserve since 188G, and have seen 1,000,000 persons assembled, bast sums of money have been paid by way of ground rent,' and I think it is up to the City Council and sports bodies to push on with this necessary building dming 1920.
