Adams (Chief of tho Munitions and Supplies Department) to go upon an investigatory mission to Australia, where he and his colleague made inquiries regarding trade and ol her matters affecting the oost of living. Mr. Collins has been secretary to many in-portant commissions appointed by the Government, including the Cost of Living Commission, of 1912. lie lias been closely associated with the Board of Trado in all its investigations. Mr. Collins is <i native of Wellington.
