At a .meeting of the executivo of the New Zealand Hockey Association, various letters were received suggesting that ili'e headquarters of the Ilorowhcnua Association should be moved from Levin to Otaki. Mr. : Cowper moved that a reply be sent to the effect that as the New Zealand Council had received no communication from the llorowhenua Association for tli© past live jeara, it had deemed that association to he defunct, and that it 'be suggested that tho Ilorowhcnua Association call a meeting with a view to reconstruction. Eventually an amendment was carried to tho. effect that as tho x bouiulnrics commission was about .to consider the boundaries of all tho various North Island Associations, tho Horowhenua Association be advised to hold over further action until the report of that commission had been received. It was decided to suggest to tho North Island sub-associations that they hold their annual conference at Palmerston North on January 9, and that each subassociation should be entitled to ono dclegato and ono vote.
