VISITED BY THE HIGH COMMIS- ' SIONER, ' London, September 17. Sir Thomas Mackenzie has returned from a visit to the cemeteries in Franco and Belgium. He states that tho work of gathering scattered bodies and forming cemeteries, is progressing well. When it is finished the cemeteries will be a grand memorial to the men of the Dominions.
