At the weekly meeting of tho Wellington Rugby Football League, correspondence was received from Auckland Stating that it was impossible 16 play Wellington this year owing to all grounds being taken up. It was dccidcd to invite Canterbury to play Wellington at Wellington on September f3, and to invite them to send a junior representative team to .play the Wellington juniors as a curtain-raiser to tho senior game. II: was also decidcd to return the visit of Canterbury on September 20, when a Wellington junior representative team will play Canterbury as a curtain-raiser to tho senior game.
