Blake, and T. Ewing; committee. Messrs. G. J. Ryder, A. Whitehead. W. Gemmell, F. ■ Palethorpe, T. Porter J. xVicol. 11. Death, and S. flambrill: secretary-treasurer, Mr. R. L. •Tnnns. A nroirressive policy was advocated by various: stieakers,- and suggestions for tho imnrovement of tho tram service, tho beach, tho promenade, and generally attending to the welfare of the district, were referred to the executivo for immediate consideration.
