JAPANESE SUBMARINE TUNNEL
BIG ENGINEERING PROJECT. Vancouver, September 2. Tho United Press Agency at Tokio announces that tho Imperial railways will construct a submarine tunnel under the Shimonoseki-Moji Strait, at an estimated cost of twenty-millions yen.
