SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY
The concert given by Miss A. Bolton at the Sailors' Friend Society on Thursday was given before a crowded audience, wliicli encored every item on the programme. Tho performers wero the Misses Bolton, Irene li-ussell, Jacobson, Eountree, Peggy Jones, and Messrs. Board (s.s. Orari), find T. Hunt (Port Napier). Miss'A. Bolton was at the piano. Mrs. M. A. Williams extended hospitality to tho men in an interval. Mr. Moore (missioner) was in tho chair. Prizes for the competitions came from Seatoun, and went to the Port Napier, Opawa, and Durham. Tho vote of thanks for the bright evening was very hearty.
