MANUKA TROUBLE SETTLED

LOADING OF POTATOES BEGUN. Upon the refusal of tlio waterside workers to load potatoes into the Manuka for Sydney on Tuesday, tile trouble was referred to the looal Disputes Committee. No decision was arrived at, and tlio men again declined to work the potatoes yesterday morning. In tho afternoon, however, they commenced to put the produce aboard. The stoppage of work was intended as a protest against tho exportation of the potatoes.
