DULL AND MISTY
According to the official estimate of the atmospheric conditions, a ehango of weather is due shortly, although the worst of it wiJl be centred in the north. Present indications are for north-cast winds in tho North Island, increasing from strong to gale beyond Kawhia and East Cape, and for moderate to strong north-east to south-east winds in the south, with dull and misty weather generally rain following, and'heavy ram in the north.
A course in aviation has been added to the curriculum of Now York City Collego, and 580 students have enrolled.
