CONTROL IN EGYPT
SERIOUS CHARGES AGAINST BRITAIN. Washington, August Mr. Joseph Folk, ex-Governor of Missouri, and counsel for the Egyptian Commission, -who is visiting the United Slates, has filed a brief to the Senate Foreign Commission charging that British control in Egypt is .tyrannical, .while the League of Nations, owing to British influence, is unablo to take action. Mr. Folk alleges that 800 natives were killed in' the recent disorders.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
