AEMSTItONCr V. ARMSTRONG. In the Divorce Court yesterday afternoon His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) heard the suit of Howurd Harold Armstrong v. Gertrude Armstrong. . ' Sir John Fiiidlay, IC.C., with liim Mr. Morrison, appeared for tho petitioner; and Mr. M. Myers, with Mr. Ilogg, of Mnstertoii, for tho respondent. The ground of the petition was desertion. Tlie parlies wore married in 1907, and resided «t Carterton. The ease was heard in camera and publication of the evidence was prohibited. The case had not concluded last evening, and the further hearing will -bo taken this morning,
