There were two fresh outbreaks of rioting at Chicago. • Fighting between armed whites and blacks resulted in eight people being killed and scores of others wounded. Rioting is spreading throughout tho negro section of the city of Chicago. Fourteen people were killed, of whom nine are whites. The hospitals are'full of wounded, and hundreds of arrests have been made— Aua.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
