COLD AND UNSETTLED
Yesterday on the whole was fino, though the wind was a little raw. Scattered rain fell at odd intervals, but at nicht the fall wns more regular. Prosent indications are for high and squally south-west winds, and cold, unsettled woather, with rain probable generally, anil snow und slcot in tho south.
