METEOROLOGY
AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. A conference of representatives of the Allied nations is to be held in Paris at the instance of the French Government to discuss meteorological questions of common interest. Tho Secretary of State for the Colonies has communicated to the New Zealand Government an invitation to the Dominion-to 6end a delegate to the conference. The Minister of Marine (the Hon.- T. M. Wilford)'saidyesterday that Cabinet had decided- that New Zealand would be represented. ; Ha had no announcement to make as to who was to be New Zealand's representative.
