NEGOTIATION OF FIRST LOAN, • Paris, May 10. The British, American, French, aud 'Japanese plan for the development of China ■ industrially and financially will, it is expected, be finally concluded at a meeting of representative bankers on Monday. The four Powers will, under the plan, advance identical amounts, though it is probable that the French bankers will negotiate the fir6t loan through an American banking group.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
