Richardson, C.8., C.11.G., late, Officer Commanding tho .New Zealand Forces in tho United kingdom, is aboard the transport ltcmuera, which is due at Aucklauu ou Monday next. General Richardson is to bo given a civic reception in Auckland. It has been announced already that General Richardson is to become Officer in Charge of Administration in New Zealand, with rank immediately below the General Officer Commanding the Forces. Major-General Sir A. H. Russell, who commanded the New Zealand Division from the time of its formation' till its disbandmcnt, is on board the Arawa, due to reach Lyttelton on May 12. He will go on leave after he reaches Wellington.
