LORD JELLICOE'S TOUR
A FIFTEEN MONTHS' PROGRAMME,
A comprehensive official programme for Lord Jellicoe's visit to India and t'<r> Dominions has been drawn up. As at present arranged the tour will extend from February 21 last—the date of sailing from Plymouth—to .May 11 in next year. The precise dates which follow are purely tentative, depending as they do on whether the work in the various Dominions can lie completed satisfactorily in the time allowed; but Bombay was to be reached on March 1,1. At Bombay l.ord Jellieoe will stay till about. May 1. Thence be will proceed to Colombo (May •1), Albany (King George's Sound), Melbourne, and Sydney (May .11).
During Lord Jellicoe's stay at Sydney in Juno and July tho ships will pay visits to the principal ports in New Zealand, returning to Sydney in time to reombark Lord Jellieoe about August 15. They will return to New Zealand with Lord Jellieoe, and leave again about October 1 for San Francisco (October 20), where Lord Jellieoe will probably disembark for Ottawa. Til tho earliest days of the New Year (J!)2flVhe will leave Bri- J tisli Columbia for Honolulu. Thence the homeward journey will be via. Yokohama. Hongkong, Singapore, , Colombo, Mombasa, Soutli Africa, St.'Helena, Ascension Island, St. to Plymouth, which should be reached in Iho second week of May next year. j
