The "Pall Mall Gazette's" Paris correspondent says that a sub-committee unanimously decided that the Kaiser and the Crown Prince were morally responsible for the war. The "New York World's" Paris correspondent says it is reported that Italy has closed the armistice frontier from Tarvis to Fiume. The Italian plenipotentiaries declared that the Italian Military .Mission which had been sitting at Laibach was forcibly expelled by JuRO-Slav soldiers.
