Paris, February 27. , The .Armenians claim, in addition to i the territories properly styled Armenia, a number of neighbouring Mussulman villayets. containing Armenian subjects. These claims aw considered excessive. Many scattered groups exist without any territorial link. The villayets could not , be incorporated in Armenia without grave injury to other peoples.—Aus.-N.Z.
