THE RAROTONGANS
AQUATIC SPORTS AT DAY'S BAIY Plans are being made to entertain th members of the Rarotongan' contingent who have been quarantined on Some Island for some weeks past, now that thi ailing individuals have been completer; restored to health. Some gentlemen whi arc interesting themselves in the visitor: are arranging aquatic sports for them, t take place at Day's Bay to-morrow after noon. They are to be taken' across t the bay after luncheon, and there enter tained'until about b p.m., when they wil come to town, to be entertained in tin evening at the Cambridge Terrace Con gregational Schoolroom. Other items o entertainment for the week will be a visi to His Majesty's Theatre, and a ban concert on the island by the Salvatio: Army Band. '. The Islanders are crack swimmers, am local followers of the sport in Welltngtoi will be interested to learn that at th. aquatic sports meetings hold in Egyp the Rarotongans carried all before- them
