NEW DAIRY FACTORY

The Featherston Co-operative Dairy Company has decided to erect a new factory building, in ferro concrete, at a cost of about £10,000. It is expected that the new structure will be constructed, to deal with 12,000 gallons of milk per day. The present factory was built in 1895, and with additions thereto, is now capable of accommodating a supply of betwecn-7000 and 8000 gallons da'iiy. Ten guineas were voted by the directors recently towards procuring a fresh trophy for- the Wairiirapa A. and P. Society's lmtter-fat competition. ■ • •
