Daniels (Secretary of the Navy) made a statement that America must continuo to carry out its nnval programme, beciuiso "the United States must furnish its proper •contribution to the International Navy of the World, which will be needed to enforce the findings of the tribunal which will be organised l>v all the nations of the world. • We, being the richest nation, must make the largest contribution."—Aus.-N.Z.
