THE SHIPPING POSITION
GOOD OUTLOOK FOR TWO MONTHS,
"If tho Imperial authorities arc able to give effect to the present arrangements there will be no serious inconvenience for scarcity of shipping for the next two months," said the Prime Minister to a Dominion reporter yesterday. Mr. Massey added that ho could not say what would be tho shipping position after the end of the year. The situation would depend very largely on the cou*»* of the' war.
