SUPPLY OF CORNSACKS
By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, October 4. The Government recently prohibited the importation of corn sacks into the Dominion , , save by the consent of the Minister of Customs. Merchants and indeutors, therefore, met the Board of Trade this morning in connection with the position. It was.then announced that,the Government intended to -purchase all the corn sacks for the Dominion's requirements for 1919. However, after a full discussion an advisory, committee was appointed to deviso a scheme for the carrying out of the regulations regarding distribution,
