EDUCATION CONFERENCE

' Chrisichuroh, September 20. The Education Conference last-might passed the following motion: That full daytime education be compulsory up to the age of sixteen years, and that no exemption be granted at an earlier age on the ground of attainments. The following motion, emanating from the Board of Governors of Jhe Technical College, was carried:— Ih.it the privileges of free education bo extended to all persons prepared to tako approved courses and who continue to give evidence of due attention to. and the use of, that education."
