New York, September 20. The "New York! Times" correspondent at Washington says that dispatches received at the Japanese Embassy from Tokio say that Viscount Montono has died of Btomnch trouble.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [Viscount Montono, who received tne title in 1915, was appointee Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs in October, 1015 and was recently succeeded by Baron Goto. He was, prior to joining the Ministry, Japaneso Ambassador in Petrograd.]
