NEW REGULATIONS COMING,

The Minister of Marino (Hon. T. M. Wilford) had a conference .yesterday with tlio oxecutive of tho Harbour Association of Now Zealand on the subject of the proposed new regulations to control the handling of dangerous cargo on tho New Zealand coast. The Mir.ister stated after the conference that-agreement had been reached on all the points in doubt, and that the regulations would appear after the matter had been considered by Cabinet.
