Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report:—At Levin on Tuesday, wc had a good yarding of both sheep and cattle, which met with a fair demand, and we emitted practically every lino at the following rates:— F.it owes. 255. 9d., 275. lid., SBs. 6d., 30s. 3d., to 375.: .fat hoggets, 265. 3d. to 275. 3d.; fat rams. 16s. to 225.; ewes, in lamb, 17s. 3d. to 245. 9d.; store ewes, 15s.' 6d.; hoggets. Prices were on a par with recent Bales. Quotations:—Two-tooth wethers, 31s. 9d. to 325.; b.f. wethers, 245. 6d.; empty forward cows, £7 Us.; store cows, £3 10s. to £4; two-year empty heifers, £4 16s. to £5 93.
