BUREAU RATIFIED BY THE WAR CONFERENCE. London, July 26. The Press' Bureau reports: The Imperial Conference has ratihed a scheme for an Imperial Mineral Resources Bureau, which will bo incorporated by Royal Charter. Ihe governing body will consist of Sir Richard Redinayn'e as chairman, and the following members nominated by the Governments and the Departments named: Dr. W. G. Miller (Canada), Mr. W. S. Robinson (Aus-
