There will be another ballot in Class 0 next month for the same number of names, and it is expected, that the men remaining in the class will be called up en bloc in September. It is possible that owing to tho intended reduction of tho reinforcement quota, following upon tho big ballots of April, liny, and June, the recruiting authorities will be able to drop ono of tho monthly ballots before tho end of tho year.
