In reply to the appeal of Mr. Havelock Wilson" (secretary of the Seamen and Firemen's L'niou), the secretary of the French Sailors' Union pledges two hundred thousand, the personnel 'of the French mercantile marine, to follow the lead of their British colleagues in boycotting German shipping trade after the war.—Aus.-N.Z.
