Tho following temporary appointments have been approved by the Camp Commandant at Trontbtim.:—Headquarters Staff (Camp Commandant's Office); Lce.Cpl. J. R. F. Walsh, to be corpoval. Headquarters Staff (Band): Cpl. H. Pheloung, to be sergeant; L.-Cpl- J. E. Hatton, to be corporal; Pte. W. J. Koscwarne, to bo lance-corporal:

A Company, 39th Retts.-Cpls. A. Jcrvis and i'. A. Wagner, to bo sergeants; Lco.-Cpls. P. R. Bond, W. C. Burke, O. J. Aitcheaon, E. M...Paukhnrst, A. V. Ralph, and J. P. AVaytc, to be corporals; Ptes. W. R. Beard, H. H. Collins, J. b. Gerrard, and 11. H. Pedwell, to bo lance-corporals.

Skeates, C Coy., 41st, to bo regimental sergeant-major (temp.). The following n.c.o.'s and men 1 of tho 38th Mounted Rifles, haying obtained the necessary number of points in Part 111, G.S. Musketry Course for N.Z. Reinforcements; are entitled to wear marksmen's badges:—Cpl. A. S. Heape, Lce.Cpl. G. C. Steel, Pte. J. H. Papson, Li;e.Cpl. C. C. S. Candy, Pte. W. M. Fraser. Pte. R. Winsloy, having obtained MO points in Par): 111, G.S. Musketry Course for N.Z. Reinforcements, is adjudged.tho best shot in tho 3Sth Mounted Rifles Reinforcement, and is entitled to wear tho badge provided for. The following men of. the 40th Specialist Company, having obtained tho necessary number of points in Part 111, G.S. Musketry Course for N.Z. Reinforcements are entitled to wear marksmen's badges:—Ptes. D. F. Borrie. A. P. .Duncan, R H. Hunt, J. S. Singleton. M. G. Clapham, G. E. Haydon. S. ,T. Martin.. Pte. I\. A. Giddens. having obtained 3.16 points in Part 111, G.S. Musketry Course for N.Z.. Reinforcements, is adjudged the best shot in the 40th Specialist Company, and is entitled to wear the badge provided for.
