LATEST GERMAN CATCH CRY. London, May 22. The Pan-German journal "Deutsche Politik" is raising a new war cry, "Hamburg to Herat," as the best description for the German scheme of expansion through Lithuania, Ukrainia, Caucasia, and Persia to Afghanistan. With four new Eastern routes, it says, Germany can reach tho heart of Asia, and tho "Hamburg to Herat" cry will becomo tho guiding slar of tho future world economic policy—Aus.-N.7i. Cable Assn. [Herat is the capital of AVcstern Afghanistan.!
