EASTBOURNE ANGLICAN CHURCH
At the annual meeting of parishionqra of St. Albans, Ea-stbourne, the vicar (tho Hev. 0. M. Stent) wesided. Mr, Thomas Ballinger was reappointed vicar's churchwarden, and JJr. Thomas \V. Pilcher was re-elected parishioners' churchwarden. The *ollowing were eieuted as a vestry.—Messrs. P. Atkinson, C. A. Baker, A. G. Ballinger, W. Jt. C. Macpherson, and S. ]?. Wright (all reelected), C. W. Biidd, H. G. Jlayer, S. li. Partridge, 13. A. Reeve, and C. I'. Howe; auditor, Mr. T. W. V. Jlarsrten (re-elected). The following motion.') w: n carried: (1) That 'he church fninciiisK be extended so that nil confirmed persons of 21 years of :\<ie and upwards lie eligible to vote; (2) that the Uay's Hay congregation constitute itself into a district committee provided it bears an equitable share of tlie parochial asfessmeiit and takes over the present liability on the Day's Bay church section; (3) approving of several changes in the order of church services; (■!) approving the constitution of a trust board in connection with the church property, to be named. the Eastbourne Parochial District Trust Board, the trustees being the Rev. 0. M. Stent, Messrs. T. Balliuger, T. W. Pilcher, and J. D. Avery.
