SWIMMING CARNIVAL
At a combined meeting of the Ladies' Auxiliary and the Management Committee of the Wellington Boys' Institute and S. A. Hhodcs's Home lor Boy?, held in the institute buildings, it was decided to hold a swimming carnival with a view to raising tiio sum of <£100 to be donated to the bath funds. The swimming programme will be in the hands of the Wellington Swimming Centre and Koyal Life-saving Society olficinls. The Ladies' Auxiliary of the Boys' Institute will organise the stalls, the following being the committees appointed. Cake stall—Mesdiimes A. Wilson (convener), G. A. Troup, Bruce, Christie, and J. S. M'Laurin, Misses Cable and M'Leod. Sweets stall— Mesilames M. Lachmann (convener), L. T.,Watkins, Mieses liothenberg, Veitch, and M. M'Leod. Flower stall—Mesdames E. 11. Barrett (convener), C. S. Moore, ,T. S. M'Kerrow. Miss Barron. Produce Stall—Mesdames J. Ilislo]) (convener), J. M'Eldowney, AV. S. Moorhouse, G. Bell, G. E. Brown, Myer, Stanton, Carr, Miss fiilolirist. Beads stall—Mesdames C. S. Moore (convener), ff. linse. Fancy stall —Mesdames J. R. Gibbons (convener), Redgrave, )i!)d Tail.
