DISOBEYING ORDERS
SOLDIERS SENTENCED BY COURTMARTIAL. Found guilty of ''disobeying in such a manner as to show a wilful defiance of authority, a lawful command given personally by their superior officers," the following men havo been dealt with by court-martial, and the sentences in each case confirmed:— Private William Worrall, D Coy., CI draft, two years' imprisonment with bard labour." Private Alphonsus Hugh Parsons, D Coy., 37th Reinforcements, imprisonment with hard labour, one year and eleven months. . Privato Ernest Edward Munns, D Coy., CI draft, imprisonment with hard labour, one year and eleven months. Private AVilliam John Johnston. C Coy., 37th Reinforcements, fourteen, days' imprisonment with hard labour.
