Madame 8010 took up Red Cross work at the outbreak of tho war. A doctor gave evidenoe of Bolo's astounding conversations. 8010 said that France could only be prosperous when colonised by Germans. He referred also to the outrages by the Germans in North France as beneficial, as they would make an excellent mixture with which to improve the race.
