RECOMMENDATION FOR THE EMPIRE TO CONSIDER. London, February 8. The Convocation of Canterbury has passed a resolution recommending the people of the Empiro to consider sympathetically tlio formation of a Union of Free Nations.for the preservation of a permanent peace.
