It is how the general opinion that Sir James Allen is to go Home next year to relievo Sir Thomas Mackenzie as High Commissioner, and if the meeting of the War Cabinet is to take place in April, as intended, he will probably be in England in time to represent New Zealand there. It is still thought probable that Sir Joseph Ward will also go to England to attend the War Cabinet meeting.
