VOLUNTARY RATIONS IN BRITAIN
CONTRASTED WITH GERMAN SCALE. London, December 5. Mr. J. R. Clynes (Parliamentary Secretary for the Food Controller), in replying to a question in the House or Commons, said:—"Our voluntary ration scale is 30 to 40 per cent, higher than the German compulsory scale. — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
