BRITISH TRADE AFTER THE WAR
REPORT OF LORD BALFOTO'S COMMITTEE. London, December 5. The "Daily Chronicle" states that Lord Balfour of Burleigh's Post-war Trade Committee has completed its reporte. The Committee recommends a general tariff of 10 per cent, ad valoreni on all imports, which 'is to bo reduced by negotiation with those countries giving British goods rcoiprocal treatment.
