MEANS 05 MILLIONS FOR FIRST YEAR. (Rec. November 27, 11.15 p.m.) London, November 26. In tho House of Commons, Mr. Bonar Law stated that the new Army and Navy increases in pay would total sixty-five millions for the first year, and sixty-nina millions in tho second year.—.Aus.-N.Z. C'ablo Assn.
